Blackberry Thumbprint Cookies

Delicious Delicious
I made these from the Whole Food website. They are super easy and come together in the food processor. Instead of grinding down the almonds I just pulse the oats and then add almond meal, flour, oil and maple syrup and blend together. I used blackberry jame because it is Tom's favorite. We also made oatmeal raisin cookies from "The Joy of Vegan Baking"

MVW- These are just the most appetizing cookie I have seen in a long time. I love balckberry jam so much!!! I have the joy of vegan baking too, but I only have made the raspberry jam bars. Are the oatmeal raisin cookies awesome???

The oatmeal raisin cookies are good-I'm not a huge raisin fan (my husband is) so I'm not the best judge. They were chewy and good. We used a berry blend that had cranberries, raisins, cherries, and I don't think I liked the cranberries.
